1. How to Cancel or Modify

All changes or cancellations must be requested:

• Please include your confirmation code.
• All changes or cancellations may include a fee.

2. Cancellation Fee After Booking

If you cancel your reservation after booking or reduce the number of nights, between your date of booking and 21 days before your arrival date, a $950 MXN fee will apply.

3. Cancellation 3 to 20 Days Before Arrival

If you cancel between 3 and 20 days before your arrival date, the following charges apply:

Low Season: 50% of the total reservation amount
High Season: 75% of the total reservation amount

High Season dates:

• Easter
• Guelaguetza
• Day of the Dead
• Winter Season

4. Cancellation 1–2 Days Before Arrival or No-Show

If you cancel within 2 days of arrival or do not arrive (no-show), you will be charged 100% of your stay.
This applies to both the low and high seasons.

5. Shortening Your Stay

If you reduce the number of nights or leave early after check-in, the full reservation amount will be charged.
This applies to both the low and high seasons.
