1. How to Cancel or Modify

All requests for changes or cancellations must be sent formally through any of the following channels:

2. Cancellation Fees:

All cancellations are subject to the following charges based on how far in advance the request is made:

• A) Cancellation 45 days or more prior to arrival date:
  A fixed administrative fee of $1,000.00 MXN will apply.
• B) Cancellation between 44 and 7 days prior to arrival date:
  A penalty of 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
• C) Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival date, No-Show, or early departures:
  100% of the total stay will be charged.
